The founders of this bakery made their name delivering their breads via a fleet of Pashley bikes. Their lovely Bermondsey arch is open to the public on Saturdays 8:30 am-2 pm for takeaway only. My favourites include the soda bread, currant, and millet ficelle and their amazing savoury pastry called the “cheesy thing.” Can’t wait till the weekend? Check their website for who stocks their breads during the week. Luckily for me, my local Allpress in Dalston serves their bakes.
