Place has some limitations. The run down appearance is importance when you arrive at the doorstep, the stairs going up, it straight up feels like an abandoned house. Looks extremely poor the whole entrance there’s always street people you need to climb over to go up. Good thing is we didn’t have any issues with light. There was a single 2 hour black out on day #2. The entire malecon is known for looking wrecked but you only understand why when you have been there, only then you see the power of water damage. All the properties have 2-3x the normal aging, paint is peeling off everywhere water from the waves breaking is constantly damaging the houses front of malecon everywhere. The breeze of that rental is ALONE worth the rental. I would however NOT do longer stays like I spent 14 days at another place here wouldn’t have been better. Internet is Barely working. It is only available in the living room. There are no TVs and no wifi in any bed. I do NoT recommend for nomads. Tech isnt ther

Excelente lugar. muy bien ubicado. Problemas con la energía eléctrica, pero es entendible. Desayuno muy rico y la atención muy buena.

Kamer heel proper, en lekker ontbijt.
Heel dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden.
