I’m a holistic Coach and Yogini I've started my spiritual journey a few years ago through a life changing momentum finding my way to yoga and a holistic way of life. Educating myself over the years about Yogic Science and nutrition in Ayurveda and traditional medicine.
My philosophy in life is to be open for the momentum and share as much I can what I experienced and learned from it helping others and me re-gain our natural state a balanced Body, mind and soul.
