I usually like their places, so I often returned to their units. Unfortunately, my reservation was cancelled at the last minute. It put us in a very difficult situation while traveling internationally. Hopefully, they will fix a management issue and provide their great service again.

Pretty sure the key we finally got after calling to get our code was wrong. Tried and tried and it wouldn’t lock our door. We could lock it from the inside at night but we had to just let it unlocked to leave

The apartment was clean and we liked the location. Booking was easy and check-in instructions were detailed with pictures which were very helpful. The stay wasn't great for us due to the uncomfortable furniture in the living area and lack of communication at check out. We received a link at check-in with the instructions, but the morning of check out the link said server error so we weren't able to view the instructions. I sent 2 messages asking for the instructions and no one has responded (we checked out yesterday and still no response). We did the typical check out routine that we're used to, but if I hadn't texted the lock box code to my husband the day of check-in, we wouldn't have remembered the code to be able to return the keys and garage tag. Overall, it was a good stay and we felt a good value for the price.

Great location downtown! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again.
