Kate and Gianlucas place was clean. Four bathrooms was a bonus for our group. We booked because it was close to the Moto GP track. Just be aware you are sharing the house with the owners. You cannot have the oven and washing machine going at the same time as it trips the power. They are very responsive to your needs.

big house close to the beach (10min drive), very responsive and friendly host living in the other part of the house. We spent an amazing family holiday there!

We've stayed in the bigger part of this house before and was so pleased to see that the smaller apartment was just as lovely. The hosts are absolutely amazing, so accommodating and kind. They always answer fast and always go above and beyond. Just like last time our stay was above expectations and a lot of it thanks to the lovely house and hosts. We cannot recommend them enough and we will be coming back as often as we can.
