Ireland's first Food Economusee, offers visitors regular tastings of the best quality smoked salmon. Tours include filleting and slicing demonstrations along with explanations of smoking techniques followed by tasting of smoked salmon on Irish stoneground bread. There is a factory shop also selling Connemara Smokehouse products.
